I’m a COO, a writer, and a long-time leadership coach who finally admitted: the most powerful work I do doesn’t happen in one-on-one sessions. It happens on the page.

My Story

I’m Elizabeth Bauer—COO of a HubSpot consulting firm, former CFO and executive coach, and founder of BauerHouse. I’ve spent the last two decades leading teams, building businesses, and helping ambitious people become the leaders they were meant to be. I hold an MBA, a CPA license and, built my early career in just about every industry you can imagine.

Originally from Tennessee, I now live in Minnesota with my husband and our four boys, where life is loud, full, and fueled by coffee and beautiful chaos. BauerHouse is where I write about leadership—the real kind.
