Oh Boy— I’m up to new stuff!!!
After 5 years as the President of Forensic Building Science, I am making BIG changes in my life. I just couldn’t resist joining the great resignation. I do indeed consider myself a renaissance woman.
So what am I getting up to these days? I’m making a wholesale career shift. I’ve been a business coach and leader for nearly 20 years. I started as a CPA, weaved my way into an executive seat and hung my cap on a coaching leadership style that has served me well. I’ve always believed that businesses are simple at the core. Businesses are just people who choose to make money together. By coaching people to overcome limiting beliefs and fears, strong and profitable businesses emerge.
Over the years, I have become much more passionate about the individual personal transformations than the nuts and bolts of business.
I always want to go deeper with the people I work with. I want to explore their personal relationships, emotions, and desires. Working in businesses left me a bit restrained. My gifts were only partially used.
With this knowledge and confidence I am shifting my company, BauerHouse Coaching, 100% into personal life and wellness coaching.
I hold credentials in embodied coaching, nutrition, and fitness that will serve me well in this new venture.
While I create the bones of this new business, I’m going to spend the summer writing, working on my farm and watching a lot of youth baseball.
I am full of positive energy and thrilled to take this path. I know deeply that this is how I am meant to serve and bring joy into the world.
