When I think about the major decisions I have made in my life, I arrived at most through a long painful period of agonizing back and forth. I realize looking back that I could have decided either way and the result would have been fine. But in the decision making process I created some pretty elaborate outcomes on both sides, keeping me in a cycle of indecision and rumination.
It feels terrible to be stuck. I have literally been 100% convicted on a decision only turn 180 degrees within hours.
How do you know you're stuck?
Are the people in your life tired of hearing you talk about the same things. Have you heard ... 'Just do what you want!" ? Yeah. You might be stuck.
You can probably tell I'm not the kind of person who jumps into the unknown assuming that the universe will catch me. I really wish I was though. Stuck feels terrible.
But, because of my personal experience with indecision and the coaching tools that I utilize, I can help you to make a big decision. I can help coming from a place of empathy and understanding.
