People don’t see me as a leader.

I’ve had many clients, that after working for the same company for many years, struggle to be seen as a leader.

The shift from player to coach is hard. And sometimes they think that changing companies is the best option.

But here’s the deal.

It’s hard if you think it’s hard.

You can choose to believe that if you show up with talent, vulnerability and consistency you can and will be seen as a leader who deserves their new seat.

In fact….if any part of you believes otherwise….other people will indeed struggle to see you as a leader.

What you believe becomes reality. And this is what my clients are experiencing…their own doubt.
